Richard Karp, Co-owner and Director
As co-owner and director of Valet and Special Events, Unipark, Inc. Rick is responsible for planning and operation of all valet, special events, and transportation. During his 25- year tenure as owner and operator he has provided valet parking, transportation and traffic-direction for clients such as, Columbia Country Club, Bethesda Country Club, Congressional Country Club, Bethesda Marriott, General Motors, The Washington Post, the Kennedy Center Honors, the Emmy Awards, the Kemper Open, Bull Run Park, Showplace Arena, Arena Stage, and the 2000 Republican Convention in Philadelphia. Rick attended Fairmont State University and graduated in 1984.

Stephano Dubuc, Co-Owner
Stephano is responsible for the day-to-day oversight of the operating functions of the company. Stephano has 30 years of extensive experience in the parking industry. Prior to joining Unipark, he served as vice president and city manager for Allright Corporation and as a consultant in the parking and transportation arenas. During his career in the parking and valet parking business, he oversaw the management and lease of large parking facilities such as the Union Station Parking Garage, the Washington Hospital Center, Georgetown Hospital, National Place Garage, the J.W. Marriott Hotel, and projects small and large from Philadelphia to Washington, DC. Stephano attended Temple University in Philadelphia.

Vik Sharma, Co-Owner
Vik is responsible for the marketing and the financial accounting and reporting for the Company. Vik has been in the parking and transportation business since 1988. Before joining Unipark, he served as general manager for SunPark and operations manager for MetroPark, Inc. until the merger with Kinney System in June 1998. During his time at MetroPark, he oversaw the day-to-day parking operation of premier hotels in the metropolitan area such as the Four Seasons, the Mayflower and the Wyndham Bristol Washington Square, Columbia. Vik is a graduate of the University of Mississippi with a degree in Business Management.
